IMPORTANT Order Information

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please double check the size and quantity you have entered before checking out. Use the size guide on the product page to make sure if the clothing will fit. Also please verify shipping information prior to completing your purchase. It may auto-fill the incorrect address and item so please, double check. If you have entered in the wrong address or the wrong size, please email dawncollections.co@gmail.com immediately.

Orders may take 12-48 hours to be processed. This time is NOT included within our estimate shipping time.

 

What types of Payment methods do you accept and is it safe?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

The Shopify checkout process features the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Shopify has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple pay, and Google pay.

 

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation before the order has been processed/shipped out.

So long as the order has not been processed/shipped out yet, your order will be cancelled and automatically refunded on your original payment method in full as soon as we get your request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

What are the estimated shipping times?

Domestic Shipping Times (Canada): 3-9 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

USA Shipping Times: 4-8 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship out directly from Ontario, Canada.

 

 How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link, so you can follow the progress of your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed after your purchase. If you have received a tracking e-mail, then your order is on its way to you! 

This e-mail has been sent to your given e-mail address when you made a purchase. If you can’t find your tracking number e-mail, please check your spam folder and double-check if your e-mail address is correct. If you are sure your e-mail is correct, and the tracking e-mail is not in your spam folder then please contact us at dawncollections.co@gmail.com.

 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at dawncollections.co@gmail.com.

 

Please Note:

Our team is NOT liable for any LOST or STOLEN packages. Once a package has been shipped out it is out of our hands and the Courier is held liable for your package. We do NOT deliver packages.

We ask that you please go to the Courier website to file a claim for any missing packages. All orders will receive tracking information. If you experience package theft often we ask you please speak to your local delivery in regards to leaving the packages somewhere secure/out of sight.
